B. 可使用寄到任何費豐站或智能櫃,如而寄上門或公司與自行付運費

~(只限正價或live產品)訂購1件貨品,只需+HK$10我們會包順豐運費
~ 2個items或以上並一同寄出將運費全免 (除早鳥優惠)
~所有早鳥優惠由於已是做了SPECIAL DISCOUNT所以須購買滿3件才免運費或選擇順豐到付
~貨品由寄出到香港約需要7-10個工作天(不包括星期六日及公眾假期)
一旦付款後便視為接受以下條款,請仔細閱讀
-如所訂購的貨品缺貨,可選擇退款或選擇其他貨品
-客人不能取消已訂購之貨品 (即已完成入數情序).
-貨品如已到貨,請於收到通知後3個月內通知順豐寄出,如逾3個月後我們便會清倉衣物
-另外只接受嚴重品質問題之換貨,最終決定權由本店決定
•每件貨品都會檢查清楚先交比客人,無論速遞/面交,Hemera均不接受以下退貨/換貨/退款為理由:
1. 買家不喜歡、面料不好、做工不好、穿上不好看、有色差、與想像中不同、顏色不喜歡、穿著不舒服、版型不好、鈕扣材質、顏色或毛領的用料顏色等與圖片不一致、沒有圖片中的漂亮、衣服太透明、衣服料子不是我要的…
2.略有浮灰、粗紗、小划痕、小污垢等不影響穿著的微瑕
3.所有換貨問題,Hemera保留最終決定權

Once the payment has been completed, please send us the receipt of the bank transfer or you may screen capture the proof of payment for us. We will let you know once we received your payment. The order cannot be cancelled after our final confirmation
It may takes around 7-14 days for ordering the product.
We will let you know while your product arrived. You may choose one of the following way to do clothes pickup
A. Pick up at Kwun Tong MTR station in person. (Kindly be reminded that this method has to be booked in advance. Except the early bird promotion product)
B. SF delivery service to SF station or locker otherwise you may select pay the delivery fee. (You may pay extra $10 to deliver your product to SF station which nearby you if you purchase 1 product. Delivery service to SF station will be included if you purchase 2 items or more. Excepted Early bird promotion product)
C. All early bird promotion product has been discounted therefore it is not included in any free delivery service.
D. Product may take around 7-10 working days for delivery (Saturday, Sunday or public holiday is not included)
Once payment has been completed, we assume your acceptance of the following terms and condition. Please read it carefully.
-IF the ordered product is out of stock, we will do the refund or you may select the other product.
-Customer cannot cancel the order once we have received the payment
-If customer didn’t pickup the product or notify us the delivery information within 3 months, we will treat it as on sale product with no refund.
-We only accept the serious defict product exchange. Hemera reserve all the rights on the decision.
We have checked several times of your ordered product before we send it to you. We will not accept the following reason as exchange fo the product.
-customer do not like the design, the texture of the product is not good, the product is not fit with customer body, colour of the clothing is different from the photo we uploaded, different from customer’s imagination, customer do not like the colour, customer feel uncomfortable while wearing the clothes, the design outfit is not good, the texture of the button, colour etc is not same as the photo. It is not that beautiful as the uploaded picture. The clothes is too see-through etc.
-a little deficit, such as a little dirt, little bit of grey, little bit of raw texture etc which is small defict and do not affect the wearing
-we reserve our rights in decision.
