Regarding returns and exchanges:
- Clothes with size selection can be exchanged once (only exchanges size are allowed, no exchanges/refunds are allowed), and the buyer must bear the two-way shipping fee for the exchange (SF Express).
-All items are listed with size information. Please measure your size before placing an order.
- Any special circumstances must be raised within 7 days after receipt, and will not be accepted after that time.
-Any items that have been worn/washed will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- No other reasons for exchange will be accepted for non-quality issues.
•Each item will be checked before deliver to the customer. Regardless of express delivery or face-to-face delivery, Hemera does not accept the following reasons for returns/exchanges/refunds:

2. Slight dust, roving, small scratches, small dirt and other minor flaws that do not affect wear
3. Hemera reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange issues.
